AI photo picker & photo culling · iPhone

Your best photos. Found.

Most photo apps ask “is this a good photo?” SpectraSort asks “would you keep it?” Every time you keep or reject a photo, it learns — and your camera roll comes back ranked, winners first.

Your Taste — the only app that does this

It learns what you'd have picked.

Every review teaches it. The app builds a personalized profile around your taste. What it picks starts to look like what you'd have picked yourself.

Pause its learning, reset it, or sharpen it. Save as many profiles as you like.

Your Taste — three learned profiles side by side: Portrait Creative, Nature Explorer built from 1,082 photos reviewed, and Pet Whisperer

Your taste profile learns what you pick, then sorts your photos that way.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do my photos ever leave my phone?
No. Every step — the search, the scoring, the taste profile — runs on your iPhone's Neural Engine. There are no uploads, no account, and no SpectraSort server in the path.
Does SpectraSort use my photos to train AI?
No. Nothing is uploaded, so there is nothing to train on. Everything happens on your iPhone, and the maker never sees your photos.
How is this different from Apple Photos or Google Photos?
Those are built for browsing and storage. SpectraSort is built for picking — it ranks what it finds against what you asked for, or against what it has learned about your taste, then hands you a review flow to act on. And it's 100% local: nothing about your library leaves the phone.
How fast is it?
Near-instant once the on-device index exists, even across thousands of photos. The index is built on the first sort — up to 100 photos a second on recent iPhones — and kept current automatically as new photos appear.
What's free and what does Premium unlock?
Five sorts a week are free for everyone, forever — counted when the Review screen opens, reset Monday. Saving, sharing and deleting are free and unlimited. Premium is $19.99 once: unlimited sorts plus Studio (quality axes, the weight wheel, saved profiles). No subscription.
Does it free up storage?
It clears the photos you tell it to, through iOS's own delete flow: they go to Recently Deleted, and the storage comes back the moment you empty that album — or automatically after 30 days. SpectraSort only ever touches your photo library, never the rest of your phone.
What is the Your Taste profile?
A personal profile that takes shape as you use the app, built from the photos you keep and the ones you let go — all on your device. Once it has learned enough it sorts by your own preferences. Shape it in Studio, or reset and rebuild it any time. It never leaves your phone.
I bought Premium in SpectraSort 2.x — do I keep it?
Yes — same purchase, carries over automatically. If it doesn't show on a new phone, tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
What devices does it run on?
iPhone with iOS 18.5 or later. All processing runs on Apple's Neural Engine; newer chips index and sort faster. No Apple Intelligence required and no region locks.
